A couple of years ago I posted a blog called ‘Common management mistakes in implementing change’. I’ve made a link to that one if you’d like a refresher. I’ve been involved this year at different stages of quite a few change processes. I reflected back on those mistakes and thought I’d share some positive principles and lessons gleaned from those experiences. In this first of two blogs, I outline some overarching ‘must do’s’. The second blog will share some agreed wisdom about the leader’s role in change.
